Concessions was born from a simple belief: the best moments happen when you give people permission to linger. We opened our doors on Southern Ave SE to create a space that feels like a living room without walls — warm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming.
By day, we pour coffee the way your barista remembers it — the right temperature, the right pour, the right conversation. By night, the same space transforms: dimmer lights, deeper drinks, and a menu that leans into bold flavors and creative cocktails.
We source locally whenever we can, support our neighborhood artists, and believe that a great drink means nothing without a great atmosphere. Come for the coffee. Stay for the vibe.
